“We are delighted withthe results from our first auction with a much higher sold rate than we expected. Despite the uncertain times the technology that we have developed over the last 2 years has proven itself invaluable. This auction solution has allowed us to conduct this auction remotely with great success and free of additional charge to our buyers.
Buyers came from around Australia and the US and we are now expecting close to a total sell-out, with the last few works that were unsold at the auction now being snapped up quickly by collectors that missed out at the auction.
We have a very happy vendor with the executors of the Estate of David Boyd and it was very encouraging to see so many buyers keen to buy works by one of Australia’s best known artists David Boyd.
